My Wife had a hard drive failure on her 2 year old PC. The supplier replaced her Hard Drive as it was under warranty. I asked them if they could get my wife's data off the damaged drive and they said "sorry bad sectors, drive unreadable, don't you have a backup?"
Thanks to you I did and I managed to restore all her data very easily on my own without having to call anyone or pay anything!
